A South American country offically made it in SatW

ok for those who been reading Satw for a long time know that there hasn't been a South American country in the official Satwcomic.

yes Brazil been mention by name and was in a deleted comic. but I don't really count it as official since because one her name was only mentioned and two it was a deleted comic she showed up in.

and South American content made an appearance but I'm not sure if that counts since it wasn't an individual country.
